The professional educational program in “Geology” aims to provide modern research topics in the field of Earth sciences. During the course of study, students will get solid knowledge about different directions of geological science: active tectonics, geological hazards, seismology, volcanology, sedimentology, geochemistry, geophysics, hydrogeochemistry, minerals and their search methods, petrology, geographic information methods, as well as other related directions.
During the study, students have the opportunity to interpret various research results in the laboratories, use modern technologies for research, as well as participate in the field and laboratory works of the University.
