More than 200 million people worldwide speak French. However, only sixty million of these people live in France.
Ministry of National Education of France regulates both public and private universities. All the necessary changes and improvements in the French educational system are made under the Bologna declaration. The Bologna Declaration’s main aim is to create a united European educational system so that students can freely move between countries using previous qualifications in one country as acceptable entry requirements for further study in another.
325․000 international students from all over the world get their education in France. Thanks to profuse historical and prestigious universities, experienced professionals, unique culture, and fancy cuisine, France is regarded as one of the best educational destinations in the world after the USA, Great Britain, and Australia. French diploma is acceptable in many accredited universities all over the world. Students can get a full scholarship if they perfectly know the French language. However, this doesn’t mean that students without proper knowledge of French cannot get scholarships. Many universities where the language of instruction is English are providing generous scholarships too.
In addition to all advantages, French people significantly value equality, which means that the rights of international and national students are equal.

As in many countries, educational institutions in France are divided into public and private. There are about 7.000 secondary vocational colleges, 2.700 high schools, 90 universities, 240 engineering and 200 commercial high schools, and 2.000 specialized schools of art, design, fashion, architecture, acting, and teacher training in France. In addition, there are about 200 centers where French is taught as a foreign language. According to Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings 2021, 41 French institutions are counted among the top universities in the world.

Since the XVII century, France and its capital Paris have been the center of elite culture and decorative arts. An inevitable part of French culture is splendid and opulent kingdoms, rich history, and various sites with magnificent views that annually call millions of students.
In Paris, there is a remarkable monument, the wall of lovers-Lemur de Je t’aime. On this wall, you can find the sentence “I love you” written in 314 languages of the world. There is also the Braille version for blind people. We can talk endlessly about France and French culture, but we need to be in France at least once in a lifetime to see and feel it all.

“France” comes from the Latin word Francia, which means “Land of the Franks.” According to another version, “frank” means free.
France, especially Paris, has the largest museums in the world, including the Louvre. Disneyland is the most visited park in France and French, and Europe. France’s military budget is the third-largest in the world, the third-largest in NATO, and the largest in the EU. France has the third-largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world.

The country has a prosperous economy and highly developed industry.
Of course, all the achievements and accomplishments would not be possible without highly qualified specialists whose teaching and training process is carried out due to the country’s educational system, which has a high rating globally.
