As part of the Literature major, you will engage with a wide variety of texts to enhance your skills in close reading and textual analysis. You will also develop an understanding of literary history, genre conventions, and modern practices in literary theory and research. From practical creative writing workshops to in-depth research classes, the Literature major offers all that&#8217;s necessary to equip you with the highly valued writing skills, critical thinking abilities, and creative mindset that are a must for any successful career.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Entry requirements&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1617195261299-8837da28-d6d4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<br \/>\n<b>Entry Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Academic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Applicants need to provide an official transcript from the last three years of high school, or a high school diploma with final grades if already graduated. Transcripts are accepted in English, Bulgarian, or Russian, with certified and notarized translations if needed. The recommended minimum GPA is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>English<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Applicants are required to submit official English proficiency test scores. A waiver may be granted for those who have completed at least three years at an accredited English-language high school.
