They also improve their skills in understanding and conducting research in foreign language education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The research-scientific courses of the degree program comprise the following special parts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master-classes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research-scientific work on MA thesis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research-scientific internship<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scientific-pedagogical internship<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The MA thesis defense<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Entry requirements&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1617195261299-8837da28-d6d4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filled-in application<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filled-in application questionnaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Medical reference about general health status (can be provided by the medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presenting valid and official results confirming <\/span><b>English language proficiency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> typically through the following options:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TOEFL, iBT or TOEFL iBT Home Edition Tests (target score: 34*)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IELTS Academic or IELTS Indicator Exams (target score: 4.5*)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apply for the Language Assessment organized internally by the University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of the passport.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A copy of the birth certificate or a copy of the baptism certificate verified by a notary (Only for Diaspora Armenians)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of the graduation certificate with the grades, translated and verified by the Notary. In the case of specific countries, international validation (Apostille) may be needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 photos (size 3\u00d74).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CV in Armenian, Russian, or English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the postgraduate education program, an essay on the chosen significant topic in Armenian, Russian, or English (approx. 20 pages).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receipt of admission and registration fee payment of 48 400 AMD (non-refundable)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Tuition fee&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1617195297063-e7031c75-3656&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The whole program costs 840,000 AMD.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Scholarships&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1617195330552-7c331202-de06&#8243;][vc_column_text]<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International students <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are eligible for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">merit-based scholarships <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that may cover up to 50% of tuition.
