The academic program envisions graduating professionals who possess systematic analytical thinking and are capable of solving the issues arising in the legal system and requiring regulations and solutions on the part of professionals. Moreover, future professionals should be ready to propose well-grounded solutions to the legislative bodies in regard to various legal and governmental issues; provide quality legal consultations, and efficiently fight against violations of the law.<\/span><\/p>\n

The academic program aims:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To establish a collaborative environment for implementing national and European quality assurance standards aimed at the provision of education, which meets the needs of the labor market<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. To equip students with comprehensive and in-depth legal knowledge, skills and expertise necessary for further profound theoretical and practical achievements and pedagogical performance in the legal field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. To foster the existing general knowledge, competencies and skills vital for legal practitioners.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To contribute to the increase of alumni competitiveness in the labor market as well as foster their integration as members of society equipped with analytical, practical and useful skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. To expand students\u2019 ability to accept new and innovative knowledge as well as stand on the path of constant improvement and self-advancement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. To ensure the students are able to conduct independent scientific and innovative research appropriate to the Master level students.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. To promote students\u2019 professional competency by engaging them in the qualified service provided to the external parties by the legal clinic<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Filled-in application<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Filled-in application questionnaire<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \u00a0Medical reference about general health status (can be provided by the medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia).<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Presenting valid and official results confirming <\/span>English language proficiency<\/b> typically through the following options:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          1. TOEFL, iBT or TOEFL iBT Home Edition Tests (target score: 34*)<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. IELTS Academic or IELTS Indicator Exams (target score: 4.5*)<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Apply for the Language Assessment organized internally by the University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            • Copy of the passport.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • A copy of the birth certificate or a copy of the baptism certificate verified by a notary (Only for Diaspora Armenians)<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Copy of the graduation certificate with the grades, translated and verified by the Notary. In the case of specific countries, international validation (Apostille) may be needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • 4 photos (size 3\u00d74).<\/span><\/li>\n
            • CV in Armenian, Russian, or English.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • For the postgraduate education program, an essay on the chosen significant topic in Armenian, Russian, or English (approx. 20 pages).<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Receipt of admission and registration fee payment of 48 400 AMD (non-refundable)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
