Educational system<\/b><\/p>\n

Like any other European educational system, the organization of the educational process in France has its own peculiarities and nuances. The student makes his own individual study program, supplementing compulsory subjects with optional subjects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reception<\/b><\/p>\n

For foreign students, the main requirement for admission to higher education institutions in France is to confirm the knowledge of the French language at the required level. The most common procedure is to pass the DALF\/DELF language exam, which shows that the holder of this language certificate can listen to lectures, participate in seminars, write essays and pass current exams in French.<\/span><\/p>\n

Competition<\/b><\/p>\n

Not only locals, but also foreigners seek to study in Paris. The competition in Paris universities is always on the highest level. To be admitted and eligible for a scholarship, the average score must be higher than that of regional universities, a minimum of 4.4 out of 5.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main university of the city is Sorbonne University. It was founded in the 13th century and has changed its form more than once over the years. In its current form, the university has been operating since 2018 and consists of three faculties: medical, scientific and humanitarian.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expensive lifestyle<\/b><\/p>\n

Paris is the most expensive city in France. Monthly cost of living is 952-1270 USD without rent. Students can save money on transportation, food and entertainment thanks to special discounts for them. However, you have to pay for a comfortable life in Paris\u2024<\/span><\/p>\n
